Kristin Ess Hair embodies affordable luxury hair care. As a Senior Copywriter, I led messaging and content strategy for Kristin Ess Hair across brand .com, domestic and international retailers, email marketing, ad campaigns and product packaging. My role eventually evolved to Brand Experience Manager allowing me the opportunity lead content strategy across brand .com, email marketing, paid social and new launches to develop timely and relevant content stories that drove key business metrics.
